So I wondered if this was a different James Lear? But looking up the book on B&N and Amazon, I see there is a sexy cover (nice tush on that guy!) so that clears up that mystery.

I liked The Back Passage but liked The Secret Tunnel a little less so I am not sure I’ll give this one a go. Thanks for your review, though. Always helpful to get an opinion on a book I am waffling about. How many stars would you rate it?
