The biggest drawback I see to print sales is the big chunk certain sellers demand. Good thing I don’t rely on my writing to pay the bills!

Re the audio book, I, and I’m sure a lot of others, missed that call for audio book consideration. Is that an open, still-viable call or do you know. I was told by a reader recently she is legally blind and is listening to my book on the Kindle. I didn’t even know you could do that. I’d never even thought of the possibility before.

I’m a book lover in print version. Reading a book not sitting in front of my computer or holding a gadget is how I like to experience a story. However, I would never begrudge someone their favorite format for reading a story. But still to hold one of your book in your hands….

As for Audio, when I drove I used to listen a fair bit, but I go everywhere by public transport now so my iPaq is my constant companion. But I like the idea of lolling on the sofa and just listening to some man’s sexy voice reading to me!

I’ve never really got into audio books – I’m a fast reader, and get impatient waiting for the narrator to get on with it – but I know a lot of people love them.
